Add 2 tablespoons of botanicals to a heat proof bowl, add 2-4 cups of hot steaming water (approximately 200°F or adjust to your comfort), and stir gently. Place the bowl on a table in front of you, and sit down where you can comfortably lean over the bowl. Drape a towel over your head to create a steam tent, and relax while you inhale the herbal steam.

Always use caution when working with hot water and steam. Listen to your body and stop or allow water to cool more if you feel any discomfort.

Ingredients: organic thyme (Thymus vulgaris), organic bee balm (Monarda fistulosa), organic eucalyptus (Eucalyptus globulus), organic lavandin (Lavandula x intermedia), organic peppermint (Mentha x piperita).

Net Wt. 1.0oz (28.5g). Contains enough botanicals for approximately 5 steams, in a commercially compostable zipper pouch.
