Refund policy

We hope that you'll never want to return products, but if you're unhappy with your order, contact us at hello@alchemyandherbs.com within 7 days of receipt.

If anything was damaged due to shipping or a mistake was made by us, we'll have you send the items back to us. Once we get the return, your item will be replaced and sent back to you, along with a refund for your return shipping costs.

If you'd like to make a return for any other reason, you may be refunded or you can choose store credit for the item price. Refunds or credits do not include the price of shipping.

Due to the nature of our products, we can't restock returns. Please keep this in mind when you're placing your order, and remember if you're unhappy with your things, contact us at hello@alchemyandherbs.com within 7 days.
