Hello! It's me, Lisa, your friendly neighborhood herbalist with some shop updates for you. I'm currently working on a new website, and once it's released, this page will be no longer available. Now that our lives are returning to "normal" (whatever that means! some of us are forever changed, and that's ok), we won't need to update policies often like we have done for the last three years.

FOR SHIPPING

Most packages are processed within 2-3 business days (Tues-Sat). Processing and/or shipping may be delayed due to inclement weather (including heat waves).

If you saw something on our social media that isn't listed online, contact us directly! We're continuously working to get more items online, but some are limited. If you contact us, we can let you know if we still have the item/style in stock to be shipped.

FOR SHOPPING IN PERSON

We're open Wednesdays-Saturdays 11am-6pm and Sundays 11am-4pm
(closed Mon-Tues)

We are no longer regularly masking in the shop, but we continue to run our air cleaners and open windows as the weather allows. We will always put on our masks for you if you come in wearing one. No need to ask, your mask is the signal to us to put ours on.

FOR ORDER PICKUP

Low contact pickup in the shop, or no-contact hallway pickup is available permanently, for any reason. Kids in the car? Prefer to shop online but don't want to ship? Just don't feel like talking to anyone today? We got you covered.

  • Pickup hours are during our regular open hours. Please allow us an average of 1-2 hours to fill your order placed during those days (you'll receive an email when it's ready to be picked up, separate from your order confirmation email)
  • If you're bringing your own bag, write in "NO BAG" in the cart comment box pre-checkout. Your items will be put in a little bin with your name on it, and you can just pick them up (leave the bin)
  • The pickup option at checkout will say your order will usually be ready in 2 hours. Please note: this is only valid during regular open hours. 
  • For zero contact hallway pickup, reply to your pickup confirmation with an approximate time you want to pick up. We'll leave your order in the hallway outside our door. 

FOR LOCAL DELIVERY

We are continuing free local delivery within Exeter and surrounding SAU16 towns! Contact us directly before you place an order to schedule a delivery. We deliver Wednesday-Saturday, usually with 24hr processing time, but on occasion may be able to offer same day delivery. Let us know what you need!
